Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with MsPineappleCrafts! Each of our hats is lovingly handmade in Canada. Because we're a small handmade shop, we kindly ask that you review our policy below before making a purchase.

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of pet hair and odours, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Exchanges

For exchanges, simply place a new order for the size, colour, or style you'd like, and send the original item back separately. This is actually the fastest way to get your new hat — we can ship your new order right away without waiting for the return to arrive first. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for the return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide a return mailing address.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 1 business day.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized hats cannot be returned. Sale items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your hat arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

    • Custom Size or personalized orders

Due to the nature of the handmade items, we don't accept returns or exchanges but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
